Our unique data mining capabilities and use of many AIRS Certified recruiters make our in-house research among the best in the industry. Although we utilize very sophisticated research methodologies, the vast majority of our placements are generated through networking and direct recruitment.  

Our  primary method of generating candidates is the art of traditional direct recruiting and e-recruiting (data mining, search engine usage, handpicked databases) to find the highest quality, perfect-fit talent in the shortest possible time. 

VALUE-ADDED PRICING 

Most successful business professionals do not base their decisions solely on price when they are seeking solutions that will benefit their company - the shareholders, its employees, their customers or the communities in which they operate.  However, as your search partner we desire to create a value-added proposition to help you choose our firm and take price totally out of the equation.  We add value by sharing the risk for the search.  That is, you should not have to pay all or even most of a service fee in advance of a retained search.  To that end, we only require 33% of the retained search fee be paid in advance.  The remaining, and the majority of the fee, is only paid when we demonstrate our expertise to meet your needs.  

Additionally, we do not operate our firm like typical executive search firms by invoicing upwards of 20% for associated expenses.  Our position is any expense not covered by our firm will be discussed and approved by you in advance.  Most of our invoices will not include additional line items for expenses.  

You would think our "Value-Added Pricing" would be attractive enough!  The strength of our alliances and search methodologies literally allow us to say "But Wait, There's More!"  Our 'No-Nonsense' Guarantee allows us to offer you the following:  

(1) if you withdraw from a search you will receive a full credit for your payment, (2) if you fill the position from within we will provide you a full credit for a future search, or (3) we will give you credit for any amount previously paid no matter what the reason if we do not complete the search. 

This offer extends our "Value-Added Pricing" to levels unheard of in our industry.  In essence you are receiving a no-risk search agreement.
